but that's not what this blog is about.
this blog is about appreciation.

so on my way to work from school today, i saw a family...five people, i believe.
pushing a grocery cart full of groceries down Berckman's Rd (i think that's what it's called)
they were a good ways down this road from washington rd...i'd say a mile or so.
They were coming from Kroger on Washington Rd.
It is freezing outside and this family walked two miles (and probably more, considering i don't know where their home is) to buy groceries.
I was just complaining about my POS car when i saw them.
I immediately stopped my negative thoughts and thanked God for my car and everything i have.
So uh, quit taking life for granted.
You think your life sucks? You think you don't have anything? You think you're deprived?
Be thankful for what you do have.
There are people who have it far worse than you, honey, and they're right around the corner.
