christopher robin, can i be your winnie the pooh?

my dearest and best friend comes home in LESS THAN TWO DAYS!
my other half; the love of my life :)
the girl who saved me and taught me so much about life has grown into such a strong and beautiful woman and i couldn't be more proud of her.
you know how they say that you never realize what you've got until it's gone?
i promise you that through experience, i completely support that statement.
i took complete advantage of her and took for granted spending almost EVERY waking day with her, but since she's been gone, i've missed it so much. i've been a terrible friend by not staying in touch with my "second family", but to me, honestly, it was hard seeing them without her...i know i'm acting like she died or something, but it almost felt that way!
this girl and i had been attached at the hip since freshman year. our four year anniversary was this past september :) but to not have her near me changed a lot of things.
it changed friendships.
it changed relationships.
it changed me.
she changed me.
she is my rock and my strength. we've been through more than best friends should in high school, but we conquered it all and i am so glad i get to spend the rest of my life with her by my side :)
haha you'd think we were lesbian or something (people in high school thought we were) haha.
you couldn't see mo without seeing me and vice versa.
she's great and i can't imagine my life without her.
i cannot wait to see you major league baseball! :)
you are my favorite :)

  1. Aw! Oh lauren, are you sure you aren't marrying me or something? Sounds like it! Haha. I love you too girl. So much. You're right, we've been through ups and downs, this boy and that boy, hospitals, almost jail, etc etc. I've been glad to have you right there bestfriend! I couldn't of imagined highschool without you. You've changed me a many of differnet ways as well. You've done this to more than one person. You open people up and let people know who we are really are. I would still be a shy little girl with no voice if it weren't for you. Thank you. I love you soo soo soo much. I can't wait until next may, to be standing right behind you, like we've always talked about. I hope for the best for you and justin and am so glad and honored to be your maid of honor. We have a lot of work to do and I'm so excited to do it. I love you Lauren
    Your Bestfriend,
